Protect your information, money and immigration journey.

Immigration matters often involve personal information, important documents and significant payments. This page explains how to communicate safely with Kiwi Fern Immigration Services and how to recognise suspicious requests.
Use verified Kiwi Fern contact details
Start from this website or contact us at kiwifernimmigration@gmail.com. If an unexpected person claims to represent Kiwi Fern, confirm their identity with our team before sharing information, opening links or making a payment.
Never pay for a job offer
Kiwi Fern does not sell jobs and cannot guarantee employment, a visa or residence. Treat requests to pay for a job offer, employer support or a guaranteed immigration outcome as suspicious. Stop and verify the request independently.
Check payment instructions
Only pay against an agreed service and valid invoice. If bank details or payment instructions change unexpectedly, do not rely on the message alone. Contact Kiwi Fern using a previously verified phone number or email address before paying.
Protect identity and financial documents
Do not send passport details, bank information, medical records or other sensitive documents through the public enquiry form or guided assistant. Our team will explain an appropriate process when documents are required. See our privacy policy for more information.
Be careful with links and messages
Check the sender and website address before signing in or downloading a file. Be cautious when a message creates urgency, asks for secrecy, promises a guaranteed result or requests payment through an unusual method.
Report a concern
If you receive a suspicious message or believe your information may have been exposed, stop communicating with the sender and contact Kiwi Fern promptly. Keep copies of relevant messages, invoices and payment details so the concern can be reviewed.
